题目：宏观经济学研究中的计算学习: 从1970年到现在的发展（Computational Learning in Macroeconomics：1970s to Present）

讲座一内容
回顾从1970年到现在的计算宏观经济学的发展历程，包括宏观经济大模型的计量估计，卢卡斯批评，具备微观基础的宏观模型，真实经济周期模型，新凯恩斯模型，随机动态一般均衡模型，以及针对宏观一般动态均衡模型的各种估计方法，包括贝叶斯估计，模型的政策评估应用与预测应用等。本讲主要分析各类宏观模型在演进中的变化特征。
The lecture covers the following topics: Overview of modeling in Macro, successes and failures, the advent of Bayesian estimation, the use of models for policy evaluation vs. forecasting, and the need to take the "con" out of Econometrics.
注：讲座分两场，第一场8：30-10：00，第二场10：10-11：30。

Paul McNelis教授
Paul McNelis教授，现任Boston College 经济系访问教授，在Journal of Monetary Economics, Review of Economics and Statistics, Journal of Applied Econometrics, Journal of Economics Dynamics and Contro, Journal of International Money and Finance, Journal of Financial Stability等期刊发表论文多篇。研究领域为计算宏观与国际金融。
